Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) is essential to the overall student IEP process. However, when FBA procedures are poorly defined, inadequate BIPs result, leading to frustrated and overwhelmed educators, meager student outcomes, and even litigation. The Heart of Behavior provides procedures for a quality FBA process to develop effective individualized BIPs. Participants will receive specific instruction in core features of the FBA and BIP.
Cost is $300 and includes a two day in depth training, practitioners manual, and electronic resources.
