Christina is a featured speaker at Texas Association of Behavior Specialist

Christina Patrin is lead consultant for Emergent Tree Education, Inc, advocate for social justice and equity in public education, mom and DIYer. Christina began her career as a K-12 special educator in resource and inclusion settings.  Christina served as a campus and district administrator employing the beliefs of inclusive and instructional approach to campus systems.  Joining Emergent Tree Education, Christina leads campuses and districts in designing a multi-tiered system of support for behavior to transform learning environments so that teachers and students can learn in a healthy and safe classroom culture.   Christina provides training in and around central Texas, professional speaking including keynote address and served as Executive Director for TxABS.

Christina will be speaking on The Craft of Coaching for Impact: If you take a leadership role, you may face obstacles or even opposition when coaching.  Skillfully coaching individuals and groups can be a defining moment in school change.  In this session, we will learn to positively gain traction with others and tackle barriers in coaching others. Plan to leave with skills to successfully coach for impact.
