MAKE CLASSROOM COACHING CLEAR AND ACTIONABLE

Coaching conversations are powerful-but without the right data, they can feel vague or overwhelming. The Classroom Coaching Tool turns classroom observations into meaningful insights teachers can use right away. Give educators clear feedback, build confidence, and strengthen classroom culture with data-informed coaching.

This short video offers a quick look at how Emergent Tree’s coaching tool supports meaningful, consistent behavior conversations across classrooms and campuses. Designed with MTSS-Behavior in mind, the tool helps coaches and leaders reflect, align practices, and build capacity—so educators feel supported and students experience more predictable, positive learning environments.

The best part about the Classroom Coaching Tool is the flexibility and all the different uses we have found. At the content or grade team level, teachers or leads can observe each other's instruction and provide feedback on routines and procedures that impact learning flow and classroom environment. At the campus level, administrators can use the tool to gather data for coaching conversations, narrowing down to one area of classroom management at a time, aligning to specific areas within the Management Trajectory of the Get Better Faster coaching framework, like engagement, positive recognition, and corrections. Evaluators are able to look at collective data from the entire year to measure a teacher's growth and how they respond to and apply feedback to practice. At the district level, we've created a teacher named "Fidelity Walks" at every campus, so when we're visiting classrooms, we can offer no-blame data with some anonymity to it that provides a glimpse into the systems present on campus. We hope this gives leadership teams space to think about how they communicate, what training might be needed, and how behavior is impacting culture.
